The first destination, Troyes, a city steeped in medieval charm and history, sets the stage for the excitement that awaits. From there, the winding roads of France will lead us through picturesque landscapes and captivating countryside, making our way to the renowned Burgundy region. Prepare to be enthralled by the thrilling drive as we navigate the scenic routes that perfectly complement the power and elegance of your Ferrari.

The pièce de résistance of our journey awaits us at the Grand Prix de l’Age d’Or, where the pulse of racing history beats vibrantly. Immerse yourself in the nostalgia of iconic racing moments, as vintage cars roar to life on the historic track. This event promises an extraordinary experience, blending the timeless beauty of classic racing with trackside parking for your cherished Ferrari. Also, there is the opportunity to take your car on track, should you wish.

As the race engines cool down, our journey takes an indulgent turn towards the enchanting region of Champagne. A luxurious stay at a five-star hotel awaits, allowing us to savour the finest offerings of this celebrated French province. Itinerary

Day 1:  Calais to Troyes

250 Miles

After a mid-morning Eurotunnel crossing we have planned a lunch stop. The route then takes you to the fascinating town of Troyes. The hotel the evening is the four star Mercure, with underground parking. We have reserved a fabulous local restaurant in the town for dinner.

Day 2:  Troyes to Burgundy

120 Miles

There is time to explore the pretty town of Troyes, before setting out on to one of our favourite French roads down to Dijon. We have selected a four-star chateau hotel just south of Dijon for a three night stay. Dinner is included at the hotel this evening.

Day 3:  Grand Prix de l'Age d'Or

40 Miles

Today we have a memorable to the circuit, where infield parking is arranged for the cars, as well as grandstand and paddock access. For those that wish there is the option to drive parade laps of Dijon-Prenois in your Ferrari. You have all day to enjoy the action on track. We have arranged a trackside lunch. Dinner included at the hotel.

Day 4:  Explore Burgundy

For those that wish they can return to the circuit for more racing. Otherwise, your roadbook will advise you of local points of interest such as the latest regional attraction ‘Cite des Climats & Vins de Bourgogne’. Dinner is included at the hotel this evening.

Day 5:  Burgundy to Champagne

150 Miles

Today you enjoy more French d-roads as you head into the heart of Champagne country. The first rendezvous is an immersive Champagne experience, followed by a tasting. It is then a 15-minute drive to your five-star Relais et Chateau hotel situated just south of Epernay, check in and relax before dinner.

Day 6:  Explore Champagne

60 Miles

We have planned a superb scenic route today to lead you to a fascinating independent champagne producer, who have a museum, they offer an amazing insight into the production of their wines, plus tasting and lunch (there is even a quiz, so pay attention!) dinner is at the hotel this evening.

 

Day 7:  Champagne to UK

180 Miles

After a leisurely breakfast there is time for a visit into Epernay, before heading back up to the Eurotunnel for your return crossing.

Where we'll stay

We have selected a four-star hotel in Troyes, a short walk into the centre of the town, with secure underground parking.

In Burgundy you have three nights at a four-star hotel just south of Dijon, with outdoor pool and a private fishing lake. We have selected superior category bedrooms. Dinner is included each evening in their ‘bistronomic‘ restaurant.

To round off the tour we have two nights at a beautiful Relais et Chateaux hotel just south of Epernay, complete with fabulous spa and superb Michelin star restaurant.

Requirements

  • All passports must be valid for six months after the end of the tour. You will also need your vehicle registration documents, driving licence (a photo-card licence or international permit is best), and international insurance cover.
  • Please check with your travel and motor insurers that you are covered for travel in the required countries.
  • You are also required to carry a warning triangle, first-aid kit, two fluorescent jackets, set of replacement bulbs and a national identification sticker.
  • Each person must have a passport (and any necessary visas for non-EU passport holders) valid for France.
