By September 1907 Claude Johnson and the Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost had completed several demonstration hill climbs, two trips to Scotland and the 15,000 mile Reliability Trial, all in the space of just over 3 months! Not surprisingly he decided to take the car, his family, and a few friends down to Cornwall for a holiday.
